Hello, I'm Jeremy Holst, at the heart of our company as both its founder and president. My journey in the world of construction started with the humble beginnings of a carpenter, and I've grown every step of the way to become a Master Builder. What drives me is a deep passion for serving our homebuyers, ensuring every project reflects not just top-notch craftsmanship, but also the warmth and integrity that I hold dear.
My early days were spent mastering my craft in the stunning yet challenging surroundings of Lake Tahoe. It's where I learned the art of building homes that are as luxurious as they are sturdy, perfectly suited for the heavy snow loads and rigors of mountain life. I pride myself on having a hands-on approach, combining my skills in building foundations fortified with advanced framing techniques. I've always believed that being deeply involved in the day-to-day operations brings a personal touch and ensures the highest quality for our clients.
With over 25 years in the business, I've gained a wealth of knowledge in home design, construction, and project management. This extensive experience means our custom homes are not just beautifully designed and energy-efficient, but also built with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Faith is the cornerstone of my life. Beyond my role in the company, I volunteer as pastor of a neighborhood church in Boerne, Texas. My faith guides me in all aspects of life, shaping the way I interact with clients, partners, and employees. It's this faith that led me, my beautiful wife, Ashleigh, and our four precious children, to the community of Boerne – a perfect fit for our company's values and a place where we can truly make a difference.
In short, I'm not just the person behind the company; I'm right there in the thick of it, ensuring every home we build is a testament to our commitment to quality, integrity, and the legacies of the families we serve.

Hi, I'm Ashleigh Holst, and I'm not just your average designer. I'm your collaborator, your confidant, and your partner in turning your house into the home of your dreams. My passion for all things home is deeply rooted in my faith, love for family, appreciation of good food, and the warmth of hospitality.
For over two decades, my husband and I have been on an incredible journey in the world of home building and renovation. We've flipped, remodeled, and even built million-dollar spec homes, but our most cherished accomplishments are our four wonderful children.
What sets me apart is my genuine love for creating beautiful spaces. My mission is clear: to help you fall head over heels for the place you call home. I understand that a home is more than just bricks and mortar; it's where life unfolds, memories are made, and values are instilled.
My design philosophy blends practicality with artistic flair. I pay attention to the small details that transform a house into a warm, welcoming haven. My goal isn't just to create visually stunning homes but to craft spaces that mirror your unique personality and lifestyle.

I'm Richard Varela, and for over 20 years, I've been immersed in the world of sales and business development, with a special love for the custom home building industry. My adventure started in project management, where I picked up some really handy skills in planning and getting things ready before the first brick is even laid. This background has been a game-changer, helping me make the home building process smoother and more understandable for our clients.
What I love doing is breaking down the whole building journey into easy-to-grasp steps, from that first chat we have about your dream home, right up to the moment you step through your new front door. It's all about guiding you through each significant milestone, making sure you're well-informed and excited about each decision you make along the way. I believe that the more you know, the happier you'll be with your beautiful, new custom home.
Away from work, I'm just a fun-loving dad residing in Bulverde with my lovely wife and our two kids.
