Over the next 15 years, he grew from an apprentice into a master carpenter, acquiring an expertise that stretches across the entire spectrum of home building. His early years were a crash course in the essentials of rough carpentry, where he quickly grasped the critical balance between various materials like dimensional lumber, steel, concrete, and stone. He learned how these elements work in unison to form the foundation and backbone of a structure.

 

Yet, his skills didn't stop at structural work. Jeremy delved into the world of finish carpentry, mastering the creation of exquisite trim work, grand staircases, and ornate mantelpieces.
